We require each landlord to enter into a contract with us, agreeing to pay us one of the following fees (all fees are inclusive of 20% VAT):
A commission of 1.8% of the final sale price if listed exclusively with us, or a commission of 2.4% of the final sale price if not listed exclusively with us.
For properties outside the UK, sales commission is no less than 5% of the sale price, but can be more depending on location, and is negotiable.
